Banana Muskmelon Milkshake

I am not a great fan of fruits, except when its in the form of a milkshake. Banana and muskmelon are two amazing fruits with tremendous nutritional benefits (Now don’t ask me since when I started thinking healthy ;). Bananas are a great source of vitamin A, C, potassium, carbohydrates and fibers; while a muskmelon is literally a bundle of vitamin C which is rich in anti oxidants, beta carotene and vitamin A, which is useful in maintaining healthy skin. Both fruits put together is not only a tasty but healthy treat this summer! 

Ingredients

  • 1 muskmelon
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
Method
Blend the above ingredients in a mixie and serve with breakfast! (It can’t get any simple 🙂
